With respect to payment of expenses of iShare-x PPIP, L.P. (the “Fund”), the Fund will only pay or be charged with expenses as authorized in its Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement. Moreover, in accordance with 31 CFR 30.12, under no circumstances will the Fund be charged or pay any expenses related to travel, lodging, entertainment, business meals, transportation, personal telecommunications or meetings or events.
